BSP-aligned disability support implementing existing Behaviour Support Plans with calm, consistent daily assistance across Parramatta, Western Sydney and Greater Sydney.
Holistic Care NSW support workers follow existing Behaviour Support Plans prepared by registered practitioners. We use person-centred strategies, record observations and communicate with the participant, nominee and practitioner. We do not develop regulated Behaviour Support Plans unless provided by an appropriately registered practitioner.

Answers about service scope, planning, provider roles and support arrangements.
This service is described as implementation of an existing BSP. Development or review of a regulated Behaviour Support Plan must be completed by an appropriately registered behaviour support practitioner.
The plan is generally provided by the participant’s registered behaviour support practitioner or relevant provider, with appropriate participant consent and information-sharing arrangements.
It includes following proactive strategies, communication supports, environmental adjustments, response steps, documentation and escalation requirements contained in the current plan.
Any regulated restrictive practice must be authorised, documented and implemented only in accordance with applicable requirements, the current plan and organisational procedures.
Workers document the change and escalate it to management and the behaviour support practitioner. Support workers should not independently rewrite the BSP.
Yes. BSP-aligned support may be integrated into SIL or other daily support arrangements when the current plan, staffing and provider responsibilities are clear.
