NDIS TRANSPORT AND COMMUNITY ACCESS

Supported Travel That Keeps You Connected

Holistic Care NSW provides NDIS transport assistance and community access support for participants who need help travelling safely and taking part in everyday activities. This is a disability support service, not a taxi or public passenger transport service. A support worker may assist before, during and after the journey, including mobility support, appointment attendance, shopping, communication and community participation, according to the participant’s support plan.

We support NDIS participants across Parramatta, Western Sydney and the wider Sydney metropolitan area.
